Preparing for the Workshop
The Longview Public Library is excited to host a creative arts for health and wellness workshop, designed to bring people together and promote relaxation and self-expression. This workshop is open to anyone interested in exploring the therapeutic benefits of art, regardless of their artistic experience. • The workshop will cover a range of creative activities, including painting, drawing, and mixed media, all designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress. • Participants will have the opportunity to explore different techniques and mediums, and to create their own unique piece of art.
