  • The Impact of Art in the Park

Art in the Park has a significant impact on the community. Some of the ways in which it impacts the community include:

  • Providing a platform for artists to gain recognition and build their careers
  • Fostering a sense of community among art enthusiasts
  • Encouraging tourism and economic growth
  • Promoting Filipino art and culture
  • The Future of Art in the Park

The future of Art in the Park is bright. The event continues to grow in popularity, and it is expected to become an annual event.

But after the market got bigger and more popular, it was hard to find a good place for it. We had to look for a new location. One of the reasons for the move was the noise level, which was a concern for us. In 2011, we decided to move to the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), which is now the permanent location for Art in the Park. The BGC area was chosen for its peacefulness and accessibility. The new location was also chosen for its ability to accommodate a larger crowd and to provide more amenities for the event. The move was a success, and the event has continued to grow and thrive since then. This change allowed us to offer more exciting and diverse activities and exhibits, and to increase the event’s appeal to a wider range of people. The BGC location also enabled us to partner with other organizations and businesses, expanding our reach and impact. The event now attracts a diverse crowd, including local artists, tourists, and business professionals. The move also allowed us to increase our revenue and to develop new business opportunities. The success of Art in the Park can be attributed to several factors. Firstly, the event has a unique and engaging format. The exhibition and performance aspects of the event are carefully curated to create a cohesive and enjoyable experience for attendees. The event also features a variety of art forms, including visual arts, music, and performance art. This diversity of art forms helps to attract a wide range of people and makes the event appealing to different interests. Secondly, the event has a strong sense of community. The event organizers and volunteers are passionate about promoting and supporting local artists and the art community. This sense of community is reflected in the event’s programming and activities, which are designed to engage and involve attendees.

    Featured Artists

The fair showcases a diverse range of artistic talents, and this year is no exception. The featured artists are chosen for their unique styles and contributions to the art world. • TRNZ, a multimedia visual artist, is known for his thought-provoking and visually striking works that explore the intersection of technology and humanity. • AR Manalo, a contemporary mixed-media artist, creates intricate and layered pieces that blend traditional and modern techniques to produce visually stunning results.

The Art of Capturing the Unseen

TRNZ’s art is characterized by its ability to reveal the beauty in the mundane, the overlooked, and the ordinary. His paintings are not just representations of the world around us, but rather, they are an invitation to see the world from a different perspective.

A single image on the vintage print depicts a young girl in a dress and a wide-brimmed hat, standing by a wooden bridge. The girl appears to be holding an arm of a tree. A second vintage print features a young girl with a red hat and a long dress, holding a bouquet of flowers. Another print shows a young girl standing with her back to the viewer, wearing a pink hat and a yellow dress. The girls in these images appear to be the same person. The images on the cut-out elements are detailed and include intricate textures and patterns. The cut-outs are also carefully arranged to create a sense of depth and dimensionality. The entire composition is layered and textured, with each element contributing to the overall visual effect. The artist’s use of mixed media, along with the cut-out elements, creates a sense of complexity and visual interest. Mr. Manalo’s works are highly regarded and sought after by collectors and art enthusiasts.

The matchbox, a humble object often overlooked, has been transformed into a work of art by Mr. Tanseco.

The Art Scene in the City
